Ante: refers to the initial bet each player places on the table before cards are dealt and betting starts.
Bring-In: a betting amount expected from the player's exposed card has the lowest value on the table.
Door Card: a player's first face up card dealt in the game.
Street: Name given to each betting round, range from 3rd to 7th street. The beginning of the betting hand, first three cards are dealt simultaneously.
Third Street: The betting round played when all players have received their first 3 cards.
Fourth Street: The card dealt before the second round of betting.
Fifth Street: The card dealt just before the third round of play.
Sixth Street: The last to be last to be dealt before betting on the fourth round.
Seventh Street: The last card dealt before placing betting on the final round.
Live Cards: Hidden Cards during play.
River: Also referred to as Seventh Street, is the final face up card dealt.
